The Kast Lab Awarded Prostate Cancer Grant from the Department of Defense

New H-index milestone achieved!

W. Martin Kast’s H-index recently edged up to 63. It is believed that any scientist with an H-index over 60 is considered a “truly unique” individual within a given field, and we know this to be true about Martin! Congrats Martin! The H-index is a measurement of both productivity and scientific impact in the peer-reviewed community.

Randy Newman Visits The Kast Lab!

The Kast Lab Teaches at USC-NAI’s Saturday Academy

Andrew Woodham Awarded ARCS Scholarship

Andrew Woodham, a PhD candidate  from the Kast Lab, was awarded the prestigious John and Edie Leonis scholarship from the Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Foundation. This annual award is given to outstanding students within the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields who have contributed significantly to their fields of study.
